Oil of Olay Regenerist Anti-Aging Eye Roller Review
(copied from my blog entry as Beauty Geru on SHINE)

I'm in a race. A race against time and wrinkles.

Okay, that's not me and I'm not literally racing but I am doing whatever I can to ease the effects of year's of abuse by laying out as it was cool in the 80's and 90's to look tan. I also am trying to combat new wrinkles so I try whatever is new to see if it will help. I've tried Botox which scared me too much as I watched it wear off and saw my upper lids droop. I've tried just about every cream, lotion, solvent that you can think of so although I'm not deemed an expert, I can provide a fairly good opinion!

As a Shine Beauty Guru, I was provided Oil of Olay Regenerist products which made my day! I still remember receiving the unexpected package and opening it like I was a little kid at Christmas and then I spent more time flaunting my new toys! Our assignment consisted of picking one of the products. I reviewed each one, read the package, looked at the actual products before making my decision.

I picked the one that was most appealing to me and that was the Olay Regenerist Anti-Aging Eye Roller. I choose this because it looked different, the packaging was appealing and it focused on the eyes. After a few clicks of the top the first time, it dispenses a cool, liquid sensation around the eye area. The massaging effects of the precision micro-rollers provide a concentrated hydrating anti-aging treatment to reduce eye puffiness and diminish fine lines and wrinkles.

What I liked about the roller was I could apply it without wasting any on my fingers. The idea of a direct application is very appealing as well as the thought of getting a massaging effect that would benefit my skin. The packaging was sophisticated and was a draw to the appearance of the package. It was easy to open and easy to understand how to use the roller. I am one of those that are drawn to pretty or interesting packaging and I think Olay hit the nail on the head with the marketing appeal.

After using it for about a month now, I noticed a llittle difference in my fine lines. I don't normally have puffiness so I can't comment on that. I'm not sure if you combine it with one of the recommended other products they offer, if it would have accelerated the effect or if I need to use it longer than 30 days.

The Roller works best when you combine it with another anti-aging product such as Regenerist Night Recovery Cream, Regenerist Regenerating Serum or the Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream.
