A healthy diet is always a good habit to form regardless of age. It seems that there is only one other group that has a harder time in ensuring good digestive health and that are young adults. It's so easy to skip over the good foods and head over to the fast food and other junk foods so readily available. It's common to hear that a good diet full of high
