Embracing a Healthy Family: Looking for Review Opportunities: Trip to Orlando

Looking for Review Opportunities: Trip to Orlando

I'm taking my girls to Orlando soon to help offset the sadness they are experiencing with their dad's deployment to Kuwait.  I'm hoping it will be a great experience for them as we have a house with an inground, private pool!  I'm hoping to take advantage of the area to write up some posts for my blogs for recommendations if others are planning a visit.

If anyone has any suggestions on where to go other than the obvious (smile), please let me know!

Blue Springs State Park--where to manatees swim during the winter. The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse--great beach and a little history to boot. St. Augustine if you have the time--the downtown area is fabulous--designed just for sight seeing (about a hour & a half north of Orlando). The Mall of the Mellinia--you have to experience that. Park Avenue in Winter park--great shopping and food! The Moorse Museum (home of Tiffany Glass exhibit) in Winter Park and on Park Ave. There's also a Chain of the Lakes boat tour in Winter Park that gives you a different view of the area and history behind it (takes about an hour). I'll work on some more ideas for ya!
