YottaDeals.com is a Sham: Don't Buy From Them

I tried to work out a past purchase with Yotta Deals fairly back before my husband left for Kuwait with no luck. I tried to get the bank involved to get my money back with no luck.  I even contacted the NY BBB and still no luck.  I guess businesses are allowed to rip off consumers and the only recourse would be is to take them to small claims court over $100~.  I think it's sad that online businesses can rip off consumers with no recourse on their part.
