I'm a carb addict .. and a food addict .. and a chocolate addict but one category of food I crave and love the most out of any of those are breads.  Since I love bread products and know my body doesn't do well with high carbs or calories, I turn to Thomas' Bagel Thins. Not only am I ingesting only 110 calories but I'm only getting 25 grams of carbohydrates which isn't bad for a bread product.  I also like that pending my mood, I can choose between three varieties of plain, wheat or everything.

Did you know that Thomas Bagel Thins are not just for breakfast either?  They make great sandwiches for anytime of the day.

Here are some of my favorite ways to eat Thomas Bagel Thins:

  • Omelet with bacon in between a Bagel Thin.
  • Toasted covered with natural peanut butter and jelly.
  • Avocado with ham and cheese in between a Bagel Thin.
  • Hamburger with lettuce, tomato and onion in between a Bagel Thin.
  • Toasted with butter, cinnamon and sugar for a not-so-bad guilty pleaure.
Anytime you eat bread, you can replace with the Bagel Thin for a great tasting alternative with less calories.  I did receive a complimentary wonderful basket full of Thomas Bagel Thins, a bagel toaster, jam, peanut butter and Nutella Hazelnut Spread but I am a dedicated customer to Thomas Bagel Thins and the basket had no bearing on this post.
