Tek Nek Rockin' Rider (Rocking Horse) Review and Giveaway 10/27 - US

My younger girls and my grand baby love horses and as any girl, really wants to have a horse. Like most of us, buying a horse is not within reach so the next best thing is to buy the best substitute there is. Tek Nek makes the cutest horse themed toys for kids and this Rockin' Rider Brown Pony is no exception. This is not any ordinary rocking pony as if you are familiar with Tek Nek, their ponies are a bit more animated. This plush little fellow has a moving mouth that sings to your little one. Just a soft pinch to the ear and galloping sounds can also be heard in addition to the music. It's soft and plush and the non-slip foot step and handles that are perfect for little hands adds a bit more safety especially on non carpeted surfaces. The beauty for the parents is you can control the sound level and you can turn it off so Tek Nek has thought of everything!

The recommended age is 1 1/2 years to 3 which was perfect for my almost 2 year old grand daughter but I must admit, my 5 year old loved it too! This is not our first Tek Nek pony as we have another one that my girls love. This is the perfect gift for the little cowboy or cowgirl and with Christmas, it will be a winner under the tree. This wasn't one feature of the Rockin' Rider Brown Pony I or the girls didn't like. It's really an adorable, safe and entertaining toy that will grow with your little one and is light and compact. It's a winner!

Getting a good night's rest is paramount to good health to include a healthy weight. I'm one of those that have suffered from insomnia for years and years and have a hard time falling and staying to sleep. I'm very particular about my pillow too as it has to have the right amount of firmness. I did receive a Viscolite pillow from Nature's Sleep to review. I thought this would be the best pillow for me after carefully reviewing the details and I thought I liked firm pillows but I found I didn't. However, my oldest who is 24, loves the pillow. In fact, she has to fight for it with her own two year old who has decided it's her favorite pillow too. She likes the firmness yet the softness it provides with the visco memory foam technology.

What I did like about the pillow is the ability to assist in fitting to your head with the visco memory foam. It has a removable pillow case cover for easy cleaning. It's also naturally hypoallergenic, anti-bacterial and dust-mite resistant which is good because my children do have allergies. My oldest started experiencing more headaches when she moved here and we thought it was due to climate change.
