Waking those Sleepy Heads Up with Silk Fruit & Protein #silkfruit @LoveMySilk #paid

Riiviva Microdermabrasion Portable Device Kit - $299 Value - Great Mother's Day Giveaway - 5/2 - International

If you read my blog regularly, you might have already seen my review for the Riiviva microdermabrasion portable device that I wrote.  I'm a person who spends a lot of money wanting to take care of my skin as I very rapidly turn 45.  I have tried another one of Riiviva's competitors that begin with a P and ends with a D and can tell you that Riiviva is so much easier to use and in my opinion is safer as it's easier to handle.  It has a suction or vacuum that operated behind the filter safely pulling in the layer of dead skin.  What I also like is you can see how it works by cleaning the filter.  The best feature of all is the ability to use it across all areas of the face, of course you don't want to go near the thinner areas of your eyes, with ease.  The competitor I tried did not allow that and in order to use it on difficult areas, you had to try to spread the skin out to tighten it yet make it accessible to their suction tip.  My sister actually tried the competitor and it caused a sore near her crow's feet area.  Needless to say, she never touched it again.

Riiviva Microdermabrasion is Priceless

All of us are looking for that one product that really delivers on the promise when it comes to better looking skin.  I know I have tried so many different products and although I have found some that have made a difference, there hasn't been any that I really saw make such an impact as the Riiviva microdermabrasion unit.  It operates as the professional systems and delivers the same results but at a fraction of the costs and at your own convenience.  I love my Riiviva and can definitely tout the benefits along with the ease of us.  I have tried one of their competitors, which is on their comparison page, and would recommend the Riiviva due to results and particularly how easy it is to use.  The other unit I used had to have a tight portion of skin in order for the suction unit to work on the skin which made some areas on the face very difficult.  The Riiviva is so much easier as it has the diamond head and it operates on three selections of power for your comfort.

It's not just any type of resurfacing tool as it uses medical-grade diamond tip abrasion and a patent-pending vortex which reduces wrinkles and fine lines, sun spots, acne scars and mild acne.  With other attachments, it can be used on various parts of the body to help reduce stretch marks and keratosis pilaris.  I cannot vouch for those conditions but I can state that I have seen a reduction in wrinkles, fine lines and acne scars.  My before picture didn't turn out as close up as I had liked so I didn't use it but my oldest daughter told me that just after a few week's of use, she definitely saw a reduction of my acne scars on the jaw line.  I also love how soft my skin feels after a treatment since it removes the top layer of skin (stratum corneum).  Just click on the Riiviva video link to see it in action.

It is stated that you should clean the Riiviva after each use with a brush for the diamond tip and tweezers to pull out the filter.  Both are easy to do and doesn't require elaborate tools or processes to do.  Not the best close up picture but here is one we took to celebrate epilepsy awareness' Purple Day last month.  I will be 45 in July.

Overall, it's a great system due to:

• Handheld chargeable unit - portable and easy to take on the go
• Stainless steel diamond tip abrasion allowing for the best possible results at home
• Made in the US - what can I say?  I love buying products made here!
• Variable levels of suction to control how much I want at my comfort level.
• Comparably priced - you can find cheaper but the quality is what counts in my opinion.
• It's registered with the FDA.

Riiviva provides the device alone or you can buy kits, various tips, accessories, serums, cleansers and much more.  It's a one stop shop for healthier looking skin!  I love my Riiviva and am looking into buying some of the different abrasion tips for stretch marks and more precision for acne.  It's worth the money as it delivers results and is so easy to use.

Just about everyone has one whether it's an iPad, Android Tablet or a Kindle and we all know how expensive they are and how much fun we have with them especially on the go.  Whether you take your device on the road or not, it's always nice to have a good iPad cover or case that can protect it while being functional yet reflects a bit of our personality.  I had the opportunity to review two cases from Plus Motif which I have to note are not only fashionable but functional given the pad of paper and the stylus/pen provided with case.  Not only can you personalize your device but it's easily recognizable too if on the go.  The cases from Plus Motif from Papier de Maison are also creative in that you can customize the interchangeable snap-on bar on the cover.  

  

The Plus Motif cases fit iPads, iPad Minis, Kindles and Android Tablets allowing it to be a one stop shop for most of your devices.  I actually used the Mini case for my Kindle and it fit like a charm.  Not only do I love it but so do my girls.  They thought it was so neat to have a pad of paper with a pen that also is a stylus at their hands.  For me, it's nice in that I can jot down notes if I happen to be surfing the net, reading a book, checking e-mails and so forth.  It keeps all my information in one place.  I also like that it can serve as a stand as well.  It's very versatile.  I did give the iPad cover to my son-in-law as he has a job that requires him to travel to local businesses and he does use his iPad for work.  The same features of having a pen and pad of paper was a major draw for him.  I gave it to my daughter and he quickly grabbed it up.  What is nice about the interchangeable snap-on bars is he can customize it in the many styles Plus Motif has available.  From over 16 colors, 72 motif designs and 4 sizes to mix and match, each case is sturdy and durable and really are a great addition to any of the devices they are made for.
