DIY Nicole's Nails' Valentine's Day Inspired Nails

Here is a great and inexpensive ways to get those designer looking nails at home. Nicole's Nails provides this nice tutorial on how to add cupcakes and hearts to rock that Valentine's Day look.  As I was watching the video, my nine year old kept saying, "that's cool!"  I know what I'll be doing this weekend!
